These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Junk Car Scrappers Cleveland's services and website. By requesting a cash offer, accepting a pickup, or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions: junkcarscrapperscleveland@gmail.com.

1. About our service

Junk Car Scrappers Cleveland is a local auto salvage business in Northeast Ohio, Ohio. We buy junk cars, used cars, wrecked cars, and non-running vehicles. We provide cash offers by phone, email, and text, and we arrange free flatbed pickup within our service area.

2. Cash offers are quotes

Any cash offer we give you over the phone, by email, by text, or through a form on our site is a quote — not a guaranteed final price. Our offer is based on the information you provide about your vehicle (year, make, model, condition, title status, location, and any other details you share).

Our offer is contingent on the vehicle matching the description you provided. If the vehicle is materially different when our driver arrives — for example, missing parts that were said to be there, more damage than described, a different title status, or a different vehicle entirely — we may revise the offer or decline to purchase.

The final offer is determined at the time of pickup, after the driver inspects the vehicle. You are free to decline the final offer; we will not pressure you to sell.

3. Vehicle title and ownership

To complete the sale of a vehicle in Ohio, we generally require:

• A valid Ohio title in your name; or
• An acceptable alternative we agree to in advance (for example, a Ohio duplicate title via Form TR-11L, or current registration with matching photo ID in limited cases).

By selling a vehicle to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle, or you are authorized to sell it on behalf of the owner.
• The vehicle is free of liens that have not been disclosed to us.
• The information you provided about the vehicle is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the legal right to transfer title to us.

You agree to sign all paperwork required to legally transfer the vehicle at the time of pickup. If we later discover that you did not have the right to sell the vehicle, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any resulting claims, fees, or damages.

4. Pickup and free towing

Free flatbed pickup is included with every accepted offer within our service area: Northeast Ohio and the surrounding Ohio area, approximately 50 miles from Cleveland.

We may decline pickups outside the stated service area, or charge a tow fee for distances substantially beyond it. Any such fee will be disclosed before pickup so you can decide whether to proceed.

You will receive a pickup window in advance. You or an authorized adult must be present at the time of pickup with the title (or agreed-upon alternative) and valid government-issued photo ID.

5. Personal belongings

Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup. Check the glove box, console, trunk, under seats, and any compartments. Once we take possession of the vehicle, we are not responsible for items left inside, and items not claimed within a reasonable time may be disposed of along with the vehicle.

6. Right to refuse

We reserve the right to decline to purchase any vehicle for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: title problems, materially inaccurate descriptions, suspected fraud, vehicles outside our normal scope, and safety concerns. If we decline at the time of pickup, we will not charge you for the visit.

7. Communications

By requesting an offer, you agree we may contact you by phone, email, and (with your separate text-message opt-in) SMS about your inquiry, your offer, and your pickup. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time and reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to keep information accurate, we don't guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information presented (such as scrap prices, example payouts, or process timing) reflects current market conditions exactly.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Car Scrappers Cleveland and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you received (or would have received) from us for the sale of the vehicle in question.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations on liability; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services or website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
